Should you not be able to drop off your artwork at the venue on the date specified please make arrangements for someone else to drop off and/or pick up your work. It is not the responsibility of the venue organizer to transport your work. If your work is not picked up at the end of the show this will be reason to be excluded from the next hanging.

PLEASE read & understand the WCAS show standards. Artwork that is damaged or unprofessionally wired for hanging will be rejected from group shows.

You may add a short profile about you and your art to be posted along with your images on Social Media. You should include your Website, Facebook and Instagram links.

Once your information is posted make sure that you like it and SHARE it with your network of Facebook friends. Feel free to also add a quick comment to the post. It can be as simple as the title of the work, the inspiration or where it is currently hanging.
