I am a fanciful dreamer who loves exploring three major themes in my mixed-media, prints, and ceramic art: Spirit Horses, Endangered (wildlife), and Enchanted (mystical beings and wondrous landscapes). In my mixed-media works, I incorporate my own handmade and Japanese papers through to feathers, leaves, ferns and found objects collected during my world travels and at Spiritwood, my farm in the Pontiac region of the l’Outaouais (West Quebec). “My art depicts the endangered ones: from grizzly bears and spotted turtles to the faeries, phoenix, dragons and other ancient beings which walk alongside us, if only we have eyes to see…”
