Deadline:
- Online application form, support materials, and membership must be received by Friday, September 15, 2023 at 11:59 pm. No late applications will be accepted.
- Artists/artisans will be informed of the committee's decision electronically by Friday, September 20, with instructions for full booth payment.
- Full payment must be received by Friday, September 29, 2023. Application acceptances are not considered complete without full payment received.
- All committee decisions are final.
- Note there will be a central cash at the show, and WCAS will take 5% commission on all sales.

- St. Paul’s United Church, 3760 Carp Rd, Carp
- There is limited parking in the back of church. We suggest parking on the street or at the fair grounds on Sunday due to the morning church service.

Grid Info:
- 2’ X 8’ X 2’ with 1 chair included
- Black drop cloths/curtains are required: no open grids allowed
- Tables can be added by artists but all free standing structures must be within booth footprint
- Venue is well lit, therefore lighting is not required. If you choose to bring lights, bring your own long extension cords and power bars. Outlets are limited.
Table Info:
- 8’ X 28” table with 1 chair included
- Solid colour (consider a holiday colour), black or white tablecloths are required and not provided.
- Allowed height for displays is 3’ above tabletop.
- No floor grids/screens/displays
- No electrical available for table area
Other Ideas to Enhance Your Space:
- Think ‘HOLIDAY’ for your displays: battery-operated lights, greenery (natural boughs, pinecones) Christmas plants (real or artificial), tasteful garland, etc. Items can be found at the dollar store or from your own Christmas decor.
- Table displays: elevate your pieces on crates, covered boxes, branch “trees”, etc.
- Make your booth memorable!
Payment Information:
- There will be a central payment and wrapping area equipped to accept both cash
- and credit.
- ALL items (large and small) must go through the central cash.
- Have all items, including cards, clearly labeled with your name and price.
- We will endeavor that participants will receive payment for their sales (minus 5% commission) within one week of the show.

NOTE:
- No meals or beverages are provided. Bring your own lunch. There will ONLY be a kettle and coffee maker available for your use in the kitchen. Participants may leave to purchase a lunch in Carp, but only if their displays are being looked after.
- For security reasons and best representation of your product, participants must remain on site for the duration of the show or have someone man your space in your absence.
- There is a big parking area but please park away from the entrance to allow visitors the best spaces.
Artist/Artisan Packages:
- All participants will be given promotional postcards to distribute before the show.
- Info packs will be available as of Oct. 13 at 15 Oradea Crescent, Richmond. Call Kat McClure at 613-444-0446 before pick up to ensure someone is home.
- Kat McClure will take cards to Expressions of Art for those who are participating there, to distribute at the show.
