The Artistic Creations ($200 and under) Sale is held at the same time as the Carp Farmers' Market Christmas sale at the Carp Mess Hall at 2240 Craig Side Road, just 1.6km (4 Minutes) North West of the Carp Fairgrounds. Original art and handmade fine crafts, are all available for $200 and under.
New for 2024: We are only holding the sale on Friday and Saturday!
You will also note that the registration fee remains at $90 to pay for extra advertising.

EXTENEDED APPLICATION DEADLINE:
Friday, September 13th, 2024 at 11:59 pm.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
All applicants MUST be current members of the West Carleton Arts Society (WCAS) to be considered in the jurying process.
Applicants will be notified of the results by email.
Be sure to include your email address in your application form. Artists/artisans will be informed of the committee's decision electronically by Friday, September 27th, 2024 with instructions for full booth payment.
Full payment must be received by Friday, October 4th, 2024. Application acceptances are not considered complete without full payment received. All committee decisions are final. Please note: After October 4th, a full refund of payment ($90) will only be granted for extenuating circumstances.
There is no fee to apply. The new venue is fully accessible (no stairs).

Note there will be a central cash at the show, and WCAS will take 5% commission on all sales.
