Hi, I’m an abstract impressionist painter based in Ottawa, Ontario. I am a Plein air painter braving the four seasons of my city. I have painted during snowfalls, when it hailed, even in -15 Celsius (5 Fahrenheit) temperatures but I don’t like to paint in the rain. I love painting with oils and pastels. I am the founder of the Ottawa Plein Air Painters (OPAP) where I lead a group of crazy artists like me in painting all year round on location.
During my spare time, I am at the mercy of my two rescue dogs and my cat. They allow me to watch foreign films and series on Netflix.
