CALL TO ARTISTS FOR EXPRESSIONS OF ART - 2025
We are excited to announce that our signature show, “Expressions of Art” will return this fall. Established and emerging artists are welcome and encouraged to apply for this show, to be held in Carp, Ontario September 6 – 7, 2025.
Please note that this sale is not being held on Thanksgiving Weekend this year! This exhibition and sale attracts more than 2000 visitors yearly and has generated more than $20,000 in sales over the weekend event.
It will feature fine artwork from more than 30 artists from around the region.
We are now accepting applications from Ottawa area artists for our 2025 juried exhibition and sale.
Saturday, September 6: 8 am to 4 pm
Sunday, September 7: 10 am to 4 pm
Location: Carp Fairgrounds, Agricultural Hall, 3790 Carp Rd., Carp ON Show

Fees: $25 non-refundable application fee.
Booth fees: $170 - $190 (Your $25 application fee is applied to your booth fee upon acceptance), payable in full after acceptance into the show.
The deadline for application submission is June 13, 2025.
Notice of acceptance will be no later than the end of June 30, 2025.
*Please note that membership in West Carleton Arts Society is mandatory.
Applicants who are not currently members must become WCAS members before their application can be considered. The annual membership fee is $35.

Artist and artwork selection is by process of Jury. The Expressions of Art jury is comprised of professional, non-WCAS member artists. This is an online process; make sure you have clear, well-photographed images submitted to represent your artwork. Good luck to all!
