I am an Ottawa area artist. I have been taking art classes and painting since the 90’s. I paint in oils from my own photographs that I take in the region and on my travels around the world. I am compelled to capture the beauty that I see there in my own colorfully vibrant way. I love to paint nature but painting is in my nature. I hope that my work inspires that same love of nature and art in others.
I am a member of various art associations, have been juried into several shows and exhibit regularly in galleries and other exhibitions in the Ottawa area. My work can also be seen in my home studio by appointment. I have created several commissioned works and many of my paintings are in private collections.
